Our Founder

Lucas Martins de Oliveira realized that the real problem companies faced was not the lack of data, but the lack of clarity and action.
While working in large corporations as a data scientist, he noticed an enormous waste of potential: entire teams trapped in reports without impact, decisions made by intuition, and information disconnected from strategy.
